MLB.com At Bat 2010 is your official application to the 2010 MLB baseball season. This is the application any fan that wants to stay alert to the latest things going on and the games themselves. With this app you can check up on games in progress, check out your favorite players, and also listen to the audio of your favorite teams. This has a steeper price point than most android applications however that goes away fast when you see the value it has.
You can download this on the Market here.
The main screen of the application shows the games going on for the current day. You can scroll to the left or the right to see what you missed or what games are coming up. The screen will update as games are in play so you have the current picture of what is going on in baseball. Your favorite team that you setup in the preference screen will show up at the top of the list with a star next to it so you have a quick view every time to your team.
Once you click on a game in the main screen you get to this view where you can see everything that is happening in the game. You have multiple views to get a complete view of the game, including a real time game view that updates with every pitch thrown so you are practically watching the action from the standpoint of the catcher, you will probably spend most of your time in this view when a game is in progress. You will find that it has a lot of information about the game (I like having a pitch count to know where the pitcher is).
You can switch to the box view to see the over all scoring and also focus in on the stats of the players on your team. You also have a view into the field and where players are positioned so you can see who is on shortstop and who is on 3rd base for example....
